Matt Damon has finally given an interview since isolating in Ireland. It was with morning radio show Graham and Nathan's Fully Charged on Spin1038.
During the interview Matt Damon spoke about learning about how Dalkey residents were protecting him from the media.
He also spoke about his eldest daughter contracting coronavirus with her roommates in New York early on, but said "everybody's ok."
The actor described Dalkey as "one of the most beautiful places we've ever been."
He also had high praise for Taoiseach Leo Varadkar. Plus he finally revealed what he had in that Supervalu bag...

The Irish public were absolutely loving the exchange and praised the hosts as well as the humility of the Hollywood legend.
