The ratings are in for the opening episode of this season of 'Love Island', and as you'd expect, it is what it is.

The fifth season of the reality series opened with an average of 3.3 million viewers, topping last year's 2.9 million viewers. At its peak this year, 3.7 million people were watching 'Love Island', with an 18.5% share and was the highest rated show at 9PM last night.
