The bright eyed and bushy tailed Donal Skehan returns for a new series where he will visit seven counties to find interesting food producers, before cooking up a feast with what he comes across. He begins in Donegal tonight as he heads to Lifford and visits Donegal Rapeseed Oil, where he chats to boss Austin Duignan about the success of the company's produce, including a range infused with various flavours such as garlic, chili, and lemon. Donal also heads for Kinnegar Brewery, which produces Pale ale, Amber ale, India pale ale, Rye ale and Porter. That's not really fair, Donal's hardly old enough to drink.....
