Do one, winter
The start date for 'Winter Love Island' has been revealed.
As we figured, 'Winter Love Island' is starting in January.
However it'll commence on Sunday 12th January rather than Wednesday 8th, as originally believed.
Now the reason for this is likely twofold. One, there's a possibility a slight delay has been caused as the bosses at ITV scramble to find a new presenter.
As fans of the show likely know, host Caroline Flack quit the show after getting charged with assault last weekend.
There's a good possibility Laura Whitmore will replace her as she's the bookies favourite. She's already reportedly met producers at ITV about the gig. She's also the girlfriend of the show's narrator, Iain Stirling, so that's a happy coincidence.
The second reason for it starting on a Sunday rather than mid-week could be the series' relatively shorter running time.
'Love Island' typically runs for eight weeks. However the winter edition of the reality show will only run for six weeks.
The upcoming season is set in Cape Town, South Africa.
