A tweet from 2012 has stirred up quite a bit of controversy outside the villa
The 'Love Island' drama is usually reserved for what happens inside the villa, but 'Aftersun' had its fair share of it the other night, too.
Not only were Joanna and Michael awkwardly reunited, but there were more than a few eyebrows raised after presenter Caroline Flack apparently snubbed Francesca after her interview.
The snub apparently stemmed from an old tweet involving Francesca Allen from 2012 that had been doing the rounds. A friend of hers referred to Flack as a 'dirty pedo' and tagged Francesca in it. It's believed she was referring to Flack's relationship with Harry Styles when he was 17 and she was 31.
On 'Aftersun', Flack appeared to snub her when she ended the interview and ran off as Francesca awkwardly stood up for a hug.
Francesca still nice and awkward on the outside.. #loveIsland #LoveIslandAftersun pic.twitter.com/qZzs3GOA2b

However, she has since come out and said that she categorically did not snub her. 'I didn't snub Francesca... infact quite the opposite," she said, adding that she doesn't "hold grudges."
As you know ... I hate commenting on stuff... I didn’t snub Francesca .. infact quite the opposite .. made her feel very welcome as soon as she got to the studio. I don’t hold grudges.. and the wellbeing of our islanders is important to me. Thought she was a great islander ❤️❤️

Are we convinced? No, not really.
