It's time for the first part of another two-parter, people. A pub landlady is stabbed to death and has her little finger cut off, and while Leo and Jack collect mounting evidence that her husband was responsible, Nikki remains convinced of the man's innocence. When he is charged with the crime, she must convince her colleagues the woman was the latest victim of a psychopathic serial killer, resulting in a deadly game of cat and mouse as they seek out the culprit. Christine Bottomley, Penny Downie and Christopher Fulford guest star.
