A cooking show with a difference that looks not at good chefs but bad ones, honing in on the UK’s worst culinary talents. Kind of like Operation Transformation, if it were done in secret, the four-part series follows kitchen amateurs as they get help, in secret, from a top chef to help transform their cooking over five weeks from disgusting to delicious. Their friends and family are amazed by the difference. In this first episode, we meet self-confessed calamity cook Julie Green. Her mentor will be food writer and Indian cuisine pro Nisha Katona. Mel Giedroyc narrates.
