Sarah Beeny's Selling Houses. Channel 4: 8.00pm
In case you've not been watching it, the property show moves from More4 to Channel 4. Sarah is in Hove, where she helps three homeowners with a few improvements before potential buyer James arrives to choose his favourite. However, she has a job on her hands with Alan, whose eclectic style could put buyers off, while in Ben and Nicci's house all she can see are magnolia walls that prove sometimes neutral can be just too bland. Over at property number three, bohemian Penny has to modernise her kitchen and master bedroom. All have £1,000 to make whatever changes they like - but which will James prefer?
