On tonight's installment - 'cause they've split an hour-long show into two half-hour shows over two nights now - we meet our first group of 2013 and Kathryn introduces the final three leaders, Charlotte, Greg and Monica. It's also the leaders' very first fitness test where Karl Henry shows them the hard journey they have to embark on over the next 7 weeks if they are to lead the nation in the Operation Transformation 5K Fun Run in February.
