Our favourite chef is drawing talent from Dublin this evening, in the form of renowned Irish Chef Ross Lewis. We meet the man behind Michelin Star restaurant Chapter One, and he demonstrates how to make the perfect Assiette of Pork. Om nom nom. Meanwhile our Nev has some tasty treats up his sleeve too. He'll be preparing MacNean Eggs Benedict and Crispy Goats Cheese with Beetroot Pannacotta, in his family restaurant in Blacklion. We're hungry already!
