Heston's Fantastical Food. Channel 4: 9.00pm

This time around, Heston plans to put the fun back into old-fashioned pub grub, by making a load of oversized stuff no one's going to eat. He builds a giant edible pie and transform it into a fully functioning public house in the Welsh village of Minera. He makes a billiard table from cod, tartare sauce and pea mousse all topped with a crumbled crisp and green watercress extract. Then he has pickled egg balls on the table, a supersized pork scratching big enough to feed the entire village, and a fruit machine that pays its jackpot in snacks.
