The writer, broadcaster, and some might say 'heartthrob' takes a satirical look back at the events of the past 12 months, including the Olympic Games, the Queen's Diamond Jubilee, the jailing of members of Russian punk group Pussy Riot and the US presidential election. With contributions by Doug Stanhope, Sharon Horgan and Peter Serafinowicz. At 11.00pm, Never Mind the Buzzcocks takes a look back at some of the highlights of the latest series of the comedy quiz, in which team captains Noel Fielding and Phill Jupitus were joined by guest hosts including Lee Mack, Kathy Burke, Richard Ayoade, Nick Grimshaw, Ne-Yo, Example and Jack Whitehall. Hopefully it'll be more amusing than the exceedingly disappointing Christmas special.
