If you've heard of Ramadan, the Muslim holy month, but have absolutely no idea what it's about, then A Very British Ramadan might be just the ticket. Those who are clued in will know it's all about fasting, so Channel 4 are heading around the UK to find out how Muslims cope with the effects of the practice. First up Rashid Khan will be taking us through the preparations, exploring the physical, logistical and spiritual elements. We think this one sounds rather fascinating: Y'never know, you might just learn something.
