Ok, we'll admit it: When it comes to Love/Hate we're totally hooked, and that's why every time some fresh photos from the set arrive on the interweb, we get a little bit excited. No surprises then, that we let out a little squeal of glee this morning, when we spied some brand spanking new pictures of Nidge and Frano getting up to their usual tricks. As Fran the man would say, it's totally coolaboola.

Now, while we here at Entertainment Towers love a good old telly spoiler from time to time, we're well aware that many people aren't that way inclined. So, we'd now like to give anyone who doesn't want to know anything about the upcoming fourth series of Love/Hate the opportunity to look away right now... Are you still looking? Stop it. You told yourself you didn't want to spoil it, now hold your resolve! For the rest of you, who are quite happily still reading, welcome to the dark side...

Right, so the first thing we're rather excited about is the fella in the photo below. For those of you who don't know, his name is Brian F O'Byrne, and he's kind of a big deal. The Cavan born actor has been based in the US of A for the past few years, and worked on projects including Kate Winslet's Mildred Pierce. We're excirah and delirah to see he's joined the cast, and simply can't wait to find out who he'll be playing. Oh, and he even uses the old school Irish pronunciation of Brian aka Brían, to boot. If you're not au fait with the oul Gaeilge, think Dara's surname.

Secondly, we're amused to see Nidge and Frano popping out of what appears to a be a brothel (what would Trish say, eh?). Wonder if they'll do a Tommy on it and bring the kids along? Speaking of Tommy, have we told you we're glad he's alive and well? Yeah, we think we may have mentioned it somewhere along the way, amid one of our 'we'd shift him behind the bicycle shed' declarations of love... or Love/Hate *tumbleweed*. But does anyone spy the lads lurking around the car down there in those photos? What are they up to? And will it spell the end for our Nidge Weasel? We certainly hope not.

Still no sign of Darren though. Guess those dreams of his survival went out in the bin with the blue hoodie... Love/Hate returns to Irish TV screens later this year, and sure haven't they confirmed a FIFTH series already? Deadly buzz.
