An audio tape of Crawford arguing with co-star Damon Wayans on set has been leaked.

At the beginning of last month Clayne Crawford was dismissed from the successful Warner Bros. ‘Lethal Weapon’ reboot after a number of incidents on set. He apologised via his Instagram for his behaviour at the time but it fell on deaf ears.

Forgive my delayed response. #truth

He was replaced by Seann William Scott and the third series greenlit. However, the controversy did not end there.

Audio of the two co-stars, Crawford and Wayans, going at it on set has just been leaked to Variety. And it doesn’t make for nice listening. (You can listen in full, here).

One of the set tapes, recorded in March, shows the intense animosity between the two men. They can be heard exchanging insults moments before filming a scene together.

At one point Crawford is heard on the tape saying “You’re the biggest crybaby p—y I’ve ever met in my life” to which Wayans replied “Well suck this p–y’s d–k.” Crawford also states that Wayans is only successful due to his family connections.

The pair played legendary buddy-cop characters Martin Riggs and Roger Murtaugh, originally made famous by Mel Gibson and Danny Glover’s portrayals in the 1987 Richard Donner movie. Rumours of a fifth movie instalment have been around for years.
