Jimmy Fallon is set to take the reigns from Jay Leno as host on The Tonight Show on NBC this coming Monday night, and he is certainly planning on kicking things off with a bang. The host will have an array of impressive guests joining him on the show throughout the week, from Hollywood A listers to our own U2.

The band will kick things off on Monday on the show, and are rumoured to launch their new album too! They will also be joined by actor Will Smith - not a bad way to start 'ey? It gets better though. Later on in he week, he will have First Lady Michelle Obama joining him, as well as other impressive guests including Lady Gaga, Jerry Seinfeld, Will Ferrell and Bradley Cooper.

Friday will see him and his bessie Justin Timberlake team up, as the singer will have the whole show to himself as both guest and performer. No doubt the two have some kind of amazing sketch in store for us too. Remember their History of Rap video?! Epic.

The Tonight Show how will also be relocating to New York for the first time since 1972. So while Jimmy is taking over the slot, he will not be in the same studio as Leno was in LA. Fresh start all the way so!

Here is Jimmy's full lineup for next week:

  • Monday 17th Feb: Actor Will Smith and musical guest U2
  • Tuesday 18th: Comedian Jerry Seinfeld, actress Kristen Wiig, and musical guest Lady Gaga
  • Wednesday 19th: Actor Bradley Cooper and musical guest Tim McGraw
  • Thursday 20th: The First Lady of the United States Michelle Obama, comedian Will Ferrell, and musical guest Arcade Fire
