Caitlyn Jenner is heading to the Australian outback next week to take part in this year's 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!', according to British tabloids.

Jenner will take home £500,000 for appearing on the ITV series, one of the biggest fees paid out by the show. According to an unnamed source in The Sun, producers regularly asked Jenner to appear - but only locked her down this year. "They’ve asked her every year for a long time, but she finally felt the time was right," the source said.

Jenner is perhaps best known for her marriage to Kris Jenner and her two daughters, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner. Previously, Jenner was considered the "world's greatest athlete", having won gold in the decathlon in 1976 Montréal Olympics. In 2015, Jenner announced she was transgender and came out as Caitlyn Jenner later that same year.

The same source also claimed that footballer Ian Wright, and ex-Girls Aloud and noted Gemini Nadine Coyle are set to join this year's series, along with rugby star James Haskell and 'Eastenders' star Jacqueline Jossa.

ITV, however, have neither confirmed nor denied the reports, saying that "any names are speculation until we officially announce our lineup," which is expected to be next week.
