Did anyone else watch The Late Late Show last night, exhausted after a busy week, feeling a bit sorry for themselves and stuffing their faces with left over Easter Eggs? Just us? Alrighty then.

Well if anyone was in need of a bit of inspiration, or a kick up the arse, Baz Ashmawy talking about his new show 'Wingman' should have done the trick.

The TV presenter, radio DJ and actor appeared alongside Tubs last night to discuss his new show in which he supports regular people in the pursuit of their dreams. Things that they've always wanted to do but never had the time, money or courage to do it. It might be competing in an MMA bout or even putting on a play.

Ashmawy, the former '50 Ways To Kill Your Mammy' and 'Fanatics' star, befriended those taking part and immersed himself in their challenges. As you will hear below, the experience obviously moved him and motivated him in ways he may not have expected. Have a listen here:

“Sometimes you won’t achieve those goals, but you won’t go home empty handed” is a pretty good motto for those thinking of undertaking a challenge that they've put off for years.

Thanks Baz, now we've no excuse.

'Wingman' airs this Sunday, April 28th, on RTÉ 1 at 9.30pm.
