There is a fresh batch of willing comedians and actors lined up to take on the devilish intricacies that is the Greg Davies and Alex Horne comedy series.
Ardal O'Hanlon is one of the newest victims participants in 'Taskmaster' season 13, which hits TV screens later this month.
The latest season will see the former 'Father Ted' star try to come out on top of each episode of the series, attempting to complete relatively straightforward tasks. However, this is 'Taskmaster', so nothing is as straightforward as it may seem.
As we can see in the trailer below, the new celebrity contestants will have to do various challenges that includes them having to wear tomato suits, popping balloons filled with gunk, slapping poor Alex in the face with a rubber glove, and something to do with a fan blowing food off of a tongue. There you have it, folks, your BAFTA Award-winning series.
Channel 4 has teased that some of the other embarrassing tasks that the celebrities will have to do include: "Paint perfectly with their lips, effectively wrangle a cement mixer and chase Alex around a tree while he's pedalling a tricycle."
Joining O'Hanlon for the laughs this season will be stand-up comedian and actor Chris Ramsey; 'Loose Women' co-host Judi Love; comedian Bridget Christie; and comic and TV show panellist Sophie Duker.
'Taskmaster' has proven to be an incredibly popular entertainment show over the years, featuring celebrities such as Noel Fielding, Katherine Ryan, Nicola Coughlan and Aisling Bea. We've never had an Irish star win yet - will Ardal O'Hanlon be our first 'Taskmaster' winner?
Here's the season 13 trailer.
'Taskmaster' season 13 begins on Channel 4 on Thursday, April 14 at 9 pm. Catch up on all of the episodes via the All 4 app.
