Maya Rudolph stars as a publicly humiliated billionaire on the lookout for redemption in the trailer for the new Apple TV+ comedy 'Loot'.

Rudolph plays Molly Novak, whose world starts to crumble when her husband of 20 years betrays her, becoming fuel for tabloid fodder. She’s reaching rock bottom when she learns, to her surprise, that she has a charity foundation run by the no-nonsense Sofia Salinas, who pleads with Molly to stop generating bad press.

With her devoted assistant Nicholas by her side, and with the help of Sofia and team — including mild-mannered accountant Arthur and her optimistic, pop-culture-loving cousin Howard — Molly embarks on a journey of self-discovery. Giving back to others might be what she needs to get back to herself.

The trailer shows plenty of lows for Molly, including crying on the floor, eating chocolate. But, on the bright side, with $87 billion in your pocket, there's always the possibility of bagging a Hemsworth.

Adam Scott ('Severance') features as Molly's cheating husband. Michaela Jaé Rodriguez, Ron Funches, Nat Faxon and Joel Kim Booster also star.

The 10-episode workplace comedy is created, directed and executive-produced by Emmy-winning creators Alan Yang and Matt Hubbard. Rudolph also executive produces, along with Natasha Lyonne and Danielle Renfrew Behrens.

Rudolph also stars in the upcoming 'Disenchanted'. Filming took place in Ireland last year, where she took some time out to see the sights.
