The former 'Deal or no Deal' presenter will make his first appearance on the show later in the week and has promised that he is in it to win it saying: "I am going to win because I promise the British public if they vote for me, I will retire from television and I will never appear again."

The 69-year-old presenter, who previously hosted the iconic British 90s show 'Noel's House Party', went on to say: "After everything I have done with Gotchas and gunging, I am well aware they are going to put me through absolute hell and I deserve it!

"I think the British public will enjoy seeing me finally getting my comeuppance! I just know they are going to really give me a hard time," he added.

Noel will be joining the likes of John Barrowman, Harry Redknapp, Fleur East and Nick Knowles who have already taken up residence in the jungle this Sunday night's opening show.

Elsewhere, 'I'm A Celebrity: Extra Camp' presenter Joel Dommett was rushed to hospital after an accident on the set yesterday

'I'm a Celebrity' continues tonight on Virgin Media One at 9pm.
