Declan Donnelly and Holly Willoughby launched the new series of 'I'm a Celeb' last night. From John Barrowman's hilarious introduction, to Emily Atack's parachute jumping screams, it seems like viewers were loving it.
The newest series of 'I'm a Celeb' graced our screens last night, and as ever, the new celebrities were put through their paces before they even set foot in camp. From climbing heights, to dodging crabs, to jumping out of a helicopter - it was one of the most ambitious openings ever for the series.
Without a doubt, John Barrowman stole the show's opening.
i love john barrowman 🤩🤩

Is this the first time this has ever happened on a TV show with "Celebrity" in the title?

The 'Mamma Mia' similarities have already started.

'DIY SOS' presenter Nick Knowles might be a dab hand out there for the other camp mates.

Viewers were praising Anne Hegarty from 'The Chase', who got upset after entering camp on the first night.
On a serious note though, hats off to Anne Hegerty for giving #ImACeleb a go, given the fact she’s on the autistic spectrum. The fact that’s being so brave in stepping outside of her comfort zone just makes me love her even more! 💛 pic.twitter.com/1KByN6Qklj

It wasn't long until Harry Redknapp was sticking his head out of the window, a la transfer deadline day.

The poor lad didn't have high hopes for dinner that night either.

“I thought there’d be a cheese roll in there, but when they said emu. Do people even eat emu? I used to like Rod Hull and Emu on TV, just can’t do it” One episode in and Harry is making my life #ImACeleb

Holly's appearance with Dec seems to have split opinions with fans of the show.

Holly is brilliant. A complete natural.
I remember when we hosted Fame Academy on CBBC together back in 2002 she had a proper panic ahead of her first EVER live show as a presenter. She needn’t have worried...

And remember when this happened last year?

All in all, we're very happy to see the return of 'I'm a Celeb' to keep us warm these winter nights.
