The five remaining couples get a lesson in seasonality as The Restaurant continues (hopefully that blonde bar tender will also learn a thing or two about actually cooking...) Before their restaurants open for evening service, Raymond Blanc sets them a challenge. They must use only fresh, local and seasonal produce to make dishes to sell at a farmers' market. As well as showcasing the best produce, their dishes must promote their restaurant concepts. A surprise delivery from Raymond puts seasonal meat on all the couples' menus. For some chefs it's a welcome chance to move beyond their comfort zone, but others find it barbaric. Speaking of which, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall (River Cottage, 8.00pm, Channel 4) deals with a rabbit invasion in his garden by bringing in two warreners, and receives help from his local Women's Institute to get rabbits back on the menu.
