The penultimate show sees the four amateurs being mentored by Albert Adria, one of the world's greatest pastry chefs. He welcomes the finalists into his Cakes and Bubbles restaurant in London's Café Royal, where he demonstrates two of his dishes, which they have to recreate for a table of world-class pastry experts. After this, the contestants have one final chance to impress, creating one exceptional dish for John Torode and Gregg Wallace that will showcase their growing cooking talent - knowing only three of them will make it through to the final show
