She first came to our attention on 'The X Factor' in 2014, and has since launched her own music career and been on 'I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!' last year.
One thing that has remained a constant with Fleur East in her various guises, however, has been her trademark afro hair - until now.
The Londoner was known for her beautiful natural locks, but she has debuted her new look with straightened hair - and she looks very, very different. In fact, we're not sure we would have recognised her at all.
The photos she's posted to Instagram have certainly generated quite a stir, with most people praising her change of direction. Others have urged her to return to her big hair, with one commenter declaring: "Oh god no! I didn’t recognise you, curls all the way."
Her hair stylist revealed that he had created her new look using hair extensions and 'moisture and shine' cream "teamed with glass action elixir for that ultimate gloss."
