It's just a naturally stated fact that whenever an actor is on a press circuit for a movie or a TV show and they're in a Marvel property, somebody's going to ask them about.

And a naturally stated fact is that they're going to give a pretty terse response to it. Something along the lines of, "Yeah, we're doing that... yeah, and we're filming now in London." In the case of Owen Wilson, this is exactly how it went down when he was asked about the second season of 'Loki', but old Owen Wilson added a caveat now that's also becoming a naturally stated fact.

Marvel gave out to Owen Wilson for dropping spoilers and secrets in press interviews on the run-up to 'Loki'. As Wilson tells it in a recent interview with ComicBook.com, "I immediately get kind of self-conscious because they’re so kind of uptight." But what was this secret that he blurted out to the baying press? Was it the fact that 'Loki' was set in multiple universes, or that it featured different versions of Loki, one of them even played by the great Richard E. Grant?

God no, something much more serious. "I let it slip I had a moustache for Mobius," Wilson admitted. "I got an ominous text saying ‘Strike 1’. I don’t know who that was, we think it might have been Kevin Feige using a burner phone but that wasn’t confirmed."

That's right, folks. Marvel went after Owen Wilson for acknowledging his character, Mobius M. Mobius, had a moustache. You read all the way down through this article, hoping for some juicy gossip that Owen Wilson spilled and it's that he had a damn moustache. Is that really worthy of an ominous text? Is it really something that, you know, is worthy of protecting from speculation? Is this where we're at now in the world of press junkets? Does any of this matter? Are we just repeating questions now?
