You don't have to tell us twice, we're totally on board with this.

With only one more episode of 'Loki' to be released (out tomorrow, people) on Disney+, many fans have been left wondering what's next for the God of Mischief (and yes, who the hell is in charge of the TVA)? One of the surprise inclusions in the third MCU series was Richard E. Grant dressed as the more traditional-looking Classic Loki from the comics, but who was an older version of the character.

And would the great actor consider returning as the character in a future series? You bet your bright green spandex he would.

Speaking with Collider, Richard E. Grant would return to the MCU if his Classic Loki got to team up with Alligator Loki for a spin-off series. Given how free and fresh the MCU series feel thus far, this sounds like it could be a go-er.

When asked if - out of all of the franchises he has starred in, including 'Doctor Who' and 'Star Wars' - he would want to sink his teeth into anything else at the age of 64, his answer was plain and simple: 'Loki'.

He said: "Classic old Loki with muscles and Alligator-dot-com, the subseries of the sub-sub-sub series. That's what I want.

"Classic Loki is the only one that can talk to him and understand him. It's a given. It's a scriptwriter's dream. Get it done."

Grant joked that initially when he came on board 'Loki', he imagined he would have a suit made with fake muscles for him, but he was wrong. He joked: "They sent me the costume design with my face on it. It was the classic Loki of the Jack Kirby illustrations of the '60s and it was a fantastic muscle suit. As you can see, I'm born without any.

"When I got to Atlanta and I said, 'So where's the muscle suit that I get into before I get into the green tights?' They said, 'What muscle suit?' And I said, 'Well, like the drawings.' They said, 'No. We don't have one for you.'

"And I said, 'Well, I don't have any muscles to fill this out.' And they said, 'Ah, don't worry about that.' And I said, 'I do worry about that.' And I'm still worrying about that and I'm still grouching about it because I wanted those muscles."

It appears Richard E. Grant's role as Classic Loki has been put to rest - for now. The final, sixth episode of the Disney+ series concludes tomorrow, Wednesday, July 14.
