We're not quite sure what possessed Jessie J to head over to China and take part in their equivalent of X Factor, but she did, and she's only gone and won.
The former Voice judge took part in a reality series called SINGER, which saw her compete against other professional artists. Jessie J is the first contestant from outside of Asia to be crowned winner of the competition, but then she's also the only international singer to ever take part.
The English singer left her mark early on in the show though with her stirring rendition of Whitney Houston's I Will Always Love You and over the weekend, a billion viewers watched her win.
Taking to Instagram after, Jessie said that the reality show was "an opportunity to bridge a gap between two cultures" and that she has "never been made to feel more welcomed and loved".
Yeah that and $$$.
Here she is winning... it would be almost emotional if it wasn't so random.
