A couple of weeks ago we told you about Brandon Flowers' plans to go solo. Now, the Killers frontman has released the details of his upcoming solo debut.

Flowers worked with a number of producers on the project, including Stuart Price (Madonna, The Killers' 'Day & Age' album), Daniel Lanoid (Bob Dylan, U2) and Brendan O'Brien (Neil Young, Bruce Springsteen). Meanwhile, the Las Vegas singer has dedicated a song to his home town, entitled 'Welcome To The Fabulous Las Vegas,' and Rilo Kiley lady Jenny Lewis makes a guest appearance on a song called 'Hard Enough',

The album will be called 'Flamingo' and is due for release some time in the autumn. Flowers is expected to announce European tour dates to coincide with the release, and also plans to play some festival dates in 2011.
