James Corden's friendship with David Beckham has been well documented in the past.
The pair have done numerous skits for Corden's show in the past, including starring in a spoof underwear ad and sharing a bath for Sports Relief in 2012.
This time, Corden has roped in Becks for a new sketch that entailed spending his two hours off work hanging out with the former footballer. In Beckham's world, this meant two hours of exercise - including a gruelling spin class.
However, Corden surprised his pal by taking charge of the class and making the class dance to the Spice Girls' 'Wannabe'.
In fairness, Beckham does look genuinely mortified as he's forced to sing and dance along to his wife's pop song.
