The line up for this year's Choice Music Prize live event has been announced, and features seven of the ten acts nominated for the prize.
Taking place in Vicar St on Thursday March 3rd, Adebisi Shank, The Cast of Cheers, Fight Like Apes, Halves, James Vincent McMorrow and O Emperor will all play at the event, while Villagers' Conor O'Brien will play a solo set.
Missing from this year's line up are Two Door Cinema Club, Imelda May and Cathy Davey. Though they have not commented on their reasons for missing the show, things are really kicking off for TDCC and May in the US at the moment so we can assume they have prior commitments.
Tickets for the Choice Music Prize live event are on sale now from ticketmaster and usual outlets priced €22. The whole show will be broadcast live on Paul McLoone's show on Today FM from 7pm to 11pm.
