'Fair and Balanced' looks set to boast a star-studded cast, which will centre around the women who brought down the male-dominated culture of the Fox News network.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the previously in-talks actors have now been confirmed for the film. Margot Robbie, Charlize Theron, and Nicole Kidman will join John Lithgow and Malcolm McDowell, in 'Fair and Balanced'. Not a lot of details on the plot have been revealed yet, but it is believed to focus on the women who challenged the corrupted news network. No doubt the film will also feature the backlash that Murdoch received following all of the various accusations.

McDowell will play Murdoch, while Lithgow will characterise Roger Ailes, who resigned in 2016 due to accusations of sexual harassment against him. Robbie, Theron, and Kidman will play an associate producer, Megyn Kelly, and Gretchen Carlson, respectively.

Charles Randolph has written the upcoming feature - his previous work includes 'The Big Short'; the film will be directed by Jay Roach, who has previously directed 'Meet the Fockers'. Theron will be one of the producers of the film.

Other actors who are to be part of 'Fair and Balanced' include 'Saturday Night Live' alum Kate McKinnon, and 'The Help's Allison Janney. And we simply cannot wait.
