It's the 25th anniversary of 'Four Weddings and a Funeral'. Thus we're sharing a bunch of fun trivia you may not have known about the rom com.

'Four Weddings And A Funeral' followed Charles (Hugh Grant) searching for love and SPOILER #1 eventually finding it with Carrie (Andie MacDowell). In the process he SPOILER #2 attends four weddings and a funeral with his friends.

It was written by Richard Curtis, who went on to write the likes of 'Love Actually', 'Notting Hill' and 'About Time'.

Here are some behind the scenes facts you may not have known about the film.

A sequel to 'Four Weddings and a Funeral' called 'One Red Nose Day And A Wedding' airs on TV next week. It is in aid of Comic Relief.

'Four Weddings and a Funeral' cast members Hugh Grant, Andie MacDowell, Kristin Scott Thomas, Rowan Atkinson, John Hannah, Sophie Thompson, Anna Chancellor, David Haig, and James Fleet are all returning for it.

Original 'Four Weddings' helmer Mike Newell directs. The short will also star David Bower, Robin McCaffrey, Rupert Vansittart, Simon Kunz, Sara Crowe and Timothy Walker.

It is akin to the 'Red Nose Day Actually' Comic Relief short that acted as a sequel to 'Love Actually' back in 2017. The short picks up 25 years after the film’s heartwarming finale. Some special guests are expected will turn up – but details are under wraps.

'One Red Nose Day And A Wedding' will air during the Comic Relief show on BBC One on Friday 15 March.
