Their theme this year is "Give a Little Love"
Every year, the John Lewis Christmas ad is a highlight as the year draws to an end. For 2020, it's no different.
While it faces some steep competition - Supervalu had us crying while H&M introduced us to a sassy little goat; and Aldi rolled out seasonal favourite Kevin the Carrot; (as well as Colm Meaney as Santa) - this year's John Lewis Christmas ad did not disappoint.
In the past, their advertisements have revolved around monsters, dragons, and music legend Elton John.
The theme for this year's ad is "Give a Little Love" as John Lewis team up with Waitrose & Partners to raise money for charities FareShare and Home-Start.
Their logline reads: "We believe that the world would be a better place if we all gave a little more love. So this year we're celebrating kindness, whether large or small, showing how each and every act of love has a positive impact on the world around us, as we pass them on to others."
The song "A Little Love" by Celeste provides a gorgeous backdrop. Plus the animation is incredibly varied and heartwarming.
