The pop star had a lucky escape, although he lost his phone and cash in the ordeal
He may have killed it at the BRIT Awards with his new BFF Lizzo, but just a few days previous to the big shindig, Harry Styles had quite a traumatic experience.
The pop heartthrob was robbed at knifepoint in London on Valentine's Day, and although it was reported in the showbiz news, Styles didn't comment on it at the time.
Now, however, he has spoken about it on Howard Stern's show on Sirius XM.
"It happened on Valentine's Day - that's what you get for being single these days. I should have had other plans," he joked, adding that he had been walking home from a friend's house when it happened.
He said that he passed "a group of guys with their hoods up" when he noticed that he was being followed by them. They approached him and asked him if he wanted to buy some weed, before asking him to hand over cash and his phone.
They then asked him to unlock his phone, threatening him with a knife.
Sounds like a fairly scary experience, all told.
