Tommy Bowe's Body Check RTE1: 9.00pm

It's been a while since we've seen good old Tommy Bowe on the pitch, and that's because he's been in a spot of bother with the health and fitness. While he was in recovery he decided he'd make the most of his experience, and thus Body Check was born. This documentary takes us behind the scenes of professional rugby, to discover what it takes to reach the top. A top class team of experts carry out some experiments to uncover just what makes Tommy so good at the game. All together now, his eyes, they shone like diamonds...
