Hip-hop group A Tribe Called Quest may have split in 1998, but they reunited for a one-off performance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on Friday.
The trio- which are headed up by MC Q-Tip - have sporadically reformed for gigs over the years, but their Fallon show performance was specifically for the 25th anniversary of their debut album 'People’s Instinctive Travels And The Paths Of Rhythm'. It was the first time that they had performed on television together in over 15 years.
The same album spawned their most well-known song 'Can I Kick It?', so it was only right that they performed that particular song, backed by house band The Roots.
