More hardcore, low-fi and energetic pop-noise from the 'ladymen' of US punk. Some have argued that the Sleater-Kinney sound is not that of doughty harridans shrieking patriarchy down, but on the strength of All Hands On The Bad One, this critic needs more convincing. It is but a step away from the brutally tuneless and talent less mid 90s when AWOL and other such new wave no hopers were the next big thing. We should resist people, resist will all might.
