Taking place over the Summer Solstice weekend from 20 - 22 June at Ballinlough Castle, Co. Westmeath, the fifth edition of Body & Soul is just mere weeks away.
Billed as a “festival full of surprises”, Goldfrapp are top of the bill and will no doubt draw heavily from 2013's Tales Of Us, as well as their classic 2000 debut Felt Mountain.
Having just announced details of Our Love his follow up to 2010's Swim, Cariboum, aka Dan Snaith, will no doubt treat fans to favorite cuts from Andorra and Swim, as well as new tracks from Our Love, including Our Love’s flagship single Can't Do Without You.
Not content with wowing a sold out Olympia Theatre last March, featuring a surprise guest performance by our very own Sinead O'Connor, John Grant's performance at Body & Soul is a must see for those who missed out on his stunning Olympia show last March. The Iceland based Coloradian has been known to mix up his setlists with material from 2010's excellent Queen of Denmark, last year's electronica- driven Pale Green Ghosts, which was recorded with Gus Gus' Biggi Veira, as well as songs from Grant's now- defunct late 90s / early 00s Colorado band The Czars.
This year, Body & Soul is offering a 5 Tier Ticket system for Three Day Camping tickets. Tier 1, 2, 3 & 4 have sold out. Tier 5 tickets are currently available at €139.50 including booking fee and VAT.
But, but, but, but, but: WE have tickets to give away for what promises to be one of the year's most memorable festivals.
