London dance duo Basement Jaxx have just been announced as the headliners of this year's Indiependence festival.
They'll be joined by Kodaline, who will also headline the August Bank Holiday weekend (July 31st - August 2nd) festival at Deer Farm in Mitchelstown, Co. Cork, alongside the previously-announced Ash.
Other acts on the bill include The Dandy Warhols, Mark Lanegan Band, Jape, RSAG, Gavin James, Ham Sandwich, Embrace, Foy Vance, Orla Gartland, Admiral Fallow, Wyvern Lingo, The Academic, Little Hours, The Original Rudeboys and All Tvvins, alongside Cork acts Elastic Sleep, The Vincent(s), MINDRIOT and MKAI.
It's shaping up to be an impressive festival, with a comedy tent with acts TBA, a spoken word stage, a silent disco and even a digital radio station broadcasting live from the festival.
