So, another series of dance contests that most people couldn't care less about came to an end this weekend, with Beth Tweddle being crowned Queen of the Dancing on Ice rink and Antony Cotton taking the Let's Dance for Comic Relief crown.

On Saturday night Cotton beat West End star Jodie Prenger into second place, tap dancing his way to the title to the tune of 'Anything Goes'. Jodie may have thrust about with a large red button on show, but her version of the 1986 Cameo hit 'Word Up' just couldn't compare, apparently. We're still holding a torch for Robert Webb's 'Flashdance' and Rowland Rivron's 'Weapon of Choice', sorry Ant. He was pretty deadly though, in fairness.

Then on Sunday, Tweddle sent ex-EastEnders hunk Matt Lapinskas packing when she skated her way to victory in one of the oddest series of Dancing on Ice to date. Was it just us or did the judges look rather disappointed? Between all the drama of Pammy's nip slip, Shayne Ward's controversial exit and Beth's shock win, there was more drama than skating this season.

And so, here we are again, with no phone lines to wait for of a Saturday/Sunday night... until another series pops up on screen, that is. In the mean time, enjoy our favourite 'sleb dances!
