Considering how it's been one of the most well-known and no doubt iconic movie franchises of the past half-century, 'Star Wars' has reached far and wide - and has even gone to remote places like Barry, Wales.
Ruth Jones and Rob Brydon were on the couch last night with Daisy Ridley from 'Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker', and sure enough, the pair of them ran a scene as Nessa and Bryn from 'Gavin & Stacey'. The result? Welsh sci-fi, as you do.
The scene (because yes, we KNEW exactly which scene it was without researching it) was taken from 'Return of the Jedi', and saw Luke Skywalker reveal to Leia that they were brother and sister, and as well that Darth Vader was their father.
