In case you hadn't heard, internet giants Amazon ordered a Zombieland TV show a while back, and now a new trailer for the online series has finally been released online. Based on the 2009 film of the same name, the series will be released on-demand via the Amazon website.

None of the original casr have returned, but the movie's writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick are behind this adaptation, which is set just two weeks after the events of the movie. Newcomers Tyler Ross, Kirk Ward, Maiara Walsh and Izabela Vidovic replace Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Emma Stone and Abigail Breslin.

We're not too sure how we feel about this one now. The trailer hasn't exactly got us overly excited. But sure then again. it's only a trailer, and the show itself might be great for all we know. "Zombieland is a fan favourite and we can't wait to see where this storyline goes in a serialised format," said Amazon Studios director Roy Price.

If you want to catch the pilot, and are on the other side of the Atlantic at the mo, then head on over to Amazon US where the whole thing is streaming for free.
