While the overturning of Brendan Dassey's conviction over the weekend was met with a lot of celebration from Making a Murderer fans, not everyone was thrilled with the decision.

Least of all, US TV News anchor Nancy Grace. She discussed the decision with lawyer David Bruno and the case's prosecuter Ken Kratz (Remember him? Of course you did. How could you forget him?)

Grace asked Bruno to explain to her how the police's interrogation of Brendan Dassey in which they obtained his confession to the murder of Theresa Halbach was wrong.

“I want you to tell me what was wrong with that interrogation because I say nothing was wrong,” she asked Bruno.

To which he responded: "Well, I hate to break it to you but this is not a new rule of law."

“Statements have to be voluntary. And now what’s changed here is we now get to see videos of how police conduct themselves in providing Miranda and various other promises and pressures when they have defendants in custody.”

Grace contends that Dassey's IQ is in the average range which would be disputed by most experts. Dassey's IQ is only 70 which many experts regard as being between 'very low' and 'extremely low'.
