So it's no crime to say that Republic of Telly sketches can be...er, hit and miss. In fairness though, when they get it right, they REALLY get it right. This latest offering comes in as a web exclusive, and takes a very tongue in cheek look at Ireland at the moment with all this panti-gate controversy.

The show's new presenter, comedian Kevin McGahern, is the star of the sketch where he plays homophobic Felix Bollard, who is actively trying to protest against all the anti-homophobic people out there as part of 'The Brigade of Irish Gentlemen Opposed to Tolerance'.

Felix and his bushy beard fret over the future of Ireland asking people 'Do you want Ireland to go gay?' He accepts that he wouldn't mind if a gay woman married a gay man, as long as they didn't have any kids - because that would make them gay.' All the while, having pictures of Michael Buble and the like decorating his home.

This has to be the funniest Republic of Telly sketch yet. Hats off lads.
