Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists has officially been ordered to series, with the ten-episode first season said to be debuting in 2019.

Sasha Pieterse and Janel Parrish are reprising their roles as Alison DiLaurentis and Mona Vanderwaal, respectively.

According to Variety, the new series is “set in the town of Beacon Heights, a seemingly perfect town where a group of three college friends struggle with the stress of being overachievers. In the aftermath of the town’s first murder, each Perfectionist hides behind a secret, a lie and an alibi.”

Looks like the girls aren’t as far away from their Rosewood roots as they’d like to be.

The pilot, written by PLL showrunner I. Marlene King, is based on Pretty Little Liars author Sara Shepard’s book of the same name, though The Perfectionists is not itself a PLL book.

The series will also star Sofia Carson, Sydney Park, Eli Brown, Graeme Thomas King, Kelly Rutherford, and Hayley Erin.

Pretty Little Liars ran for seven seasons on Freeform and concluded last year.
