Michael Fassbender is on the kind of run at the moment that could very well be a prelude to greatness.

The Oscar nominated Irishman (German born, blah blah) is currently staring in a film that is sure to be an awards favourite, Steve Jobs. Playing Jobs, Fassbender has been getting rave reviews for his work and if it hits right, he will have his pick of the roles that generally trickle through Leonardo DiCaprio and Bradley Cooper before anyone else.

Before fame, though, he was an altar boy at his local church. As was Irish American host, Jimmy Fallon. He explains to a bemused audience how he used to make money from doing so. Ireland, huh?
