Watch: Kevin Hart educates Graham Norton / Ryan Tubridy on Ice Cube's ''Irish'' origins

As we know, Messrs. Ice Cube and Kevin Hart were in town yesterday promoting Ride Along 2 and Hart's standup show at the 3Arena.

However, they also managed to squeeze in an appearance on The Graham Norton Show (pre-taped, obviously) AND The Late Late Show (also pre-taped, obviously) on the same day as well.

Basically, whether you liked it or not, you were going to see Kevin Hart and Ice Cube on your TV screens. Considering how they were both going on two Irish chatshow hosts - Graham Norton and Ryan Tubridy - the subject of Ice Cube's real name came up for discussion.

For those that don't know, Ice Cube's real name is O'Shea Jackson. In fact, his son - who plays him in Straight Outta Compton - is O'Shea Jackson, Jr.

Now here to explain that fact is Kevin Hart. Take a look.

And just for posterity, here's him making pretty much the exact same joke with Ryan Tubridy - although it's a bit more sedate this time around and Hugh Laurie and Olivia Colman aren't chuckling away in the background.
