If you've never watched Eastbound And Down, you really missed out because it's one of those comedies that flew under the radar, but was consistently funny.

How did it manage to be consistently funny? Danny McBride, who played the inimitable Kenny Powers. Since then, McBride's starred in many cracking films such as Pineapple Express, This Is The End and even had a guest role in Grand Theft Auto V.

His latest project sees him teaming up with Walton Goggins, Jr., who you may recognise from Quentin Tarantino's last two films, Django Unchained and The Hateful Eight. He also starred in the criminally underrated Justified as Boyd Crowder and he was in the definitely overrated Sons of Anarchy as Venus Van Dam.

Anyway, this new series sees the two face off against one another as Vice-Principals in a high school, vying for control and the top position. We're seeing flashes of Step Brothers here, but we'll let the trailer do the talking.

Vice Principals lands on HBO in the States on July 17th, so we're guessing it'll be over on our side pretty soon thereafter.
