Jay Z has spoken publicly about the death of Trayvon Martin on several occasions in the past, revealing in 2013 that he found it difficult to sleep after the youngster's killer George Zimmerman was acquitted.

In the past, he and his wife Beyonce have also attended rallies demanding justice for the murdered teen, and in more recent times the rapper has executive-produced a six-part documentary about the 17-year-old's life and legacy.

It's called 'Rest in Power: The Trayvon Martin Story' and is set to premiere in July on US network Paramount.
